But remember if it’s a bigger butt you’re looking for this is not the machine for you. The Glutes are not the target muscle here they only assist and this machine will help with the strength of your Glutes not the size.

Beginners should start with a weight that is about 50% of their body weight for 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps depending on how they feel.
