
Spent some time today practicing choreography for a step aerobics class.
Step aerobics what is it good for ? These days there are so many different classes to choose from that some of our traditional aerobics classes have become less popular. But I still love a good old traditional step class.
It helps improve balance and coordination whilst strengthening all the leg muscles, raises the heart rate and keeps the brain focused and engaged in concentration as you learn the sometimes complex routines. So good for cognitive brain health as well.
