The Piyo workout

Like most people I’ve enjoyed my Christmas break, I’ve ate all the yummy food and had the odd glass of wine, or two, or three and I’ve loved it.

I’m getting back into my routine and putting no pressure on myself. I’ve got this, it’s a process, a continuing journey and I’m back on it.

I’ve enjoyed a hardcore Piyo workout today at home in our living room and there is one thing I know for sure! if I continue to train like this there’s no way I won’t see results.
