This is a gentle relaxing Sunday morning yoga class, great for beginners and regular yoga goers. Relax, unwinded and increase your mobility and flexibility. Good for overall health, increases muscle strength and helps retain muscle mass.

Yogalates class at the RICC – Saturday Mornings at 10:30 am.
Yogalates welcomes all abilities with modifications available for everyone. Enjoy a relaxing mindful class working on alignment, centring, balance, and concentration, whilst breathing through flowing movements. Yogalates is a combination of Yoga and Pilates. I will also be adding some lightweight resistance training within the hour-long class. This class can help improve Balance, Stamina, strength, flexibility, mobility, and concentration. There will also be five minutes of relaxation and mindfulness at the end of the session.
Equipment ā Please bring a Yoga/Pilates mat if you have one, water, Yoga block if you use one and strap only if needed. Wear suitable workout clothing. Yoga and Pilates is done in bare feet/socks. You will need trainers for any resistance weight training.

Here’s a great exercise to help increase Abdominal strength, Pelvic Stability and Hip strength and mobility.
Beginner’s, intermediate and advanced option. Always work to your own level and progress gradually.
